As Retro Chimps we aimed to reignite the feelings we had from our youth by building LED lit wooden frames which housed the action figures we'd loved growing up. Our goal, to bring that sense of nostalgia to others. Creativity was and is the key and we soon expanded finding a passion repurposing lamps, musical instruments and games consoles into standout pieces which otherwise would’ve ended up in landfill.

From here it was time to create spaces where people love to eat, drink, shop, work and live. Primarily done using rustic timber, giving a sense of warmth and welcome to the cafes and bars we fit out. We pride ourselves on growing the ideas of our clients, then adding that Retro Chimps magic to take it to the next level.

So far, we’ve had some great opportunities working alongside Johnny Vegas, Woolyback Productions and Plum Pictures, being involved in both series of Johnny Vegas: Carry On Glamping, which aired on Channel 4. There are many more projects to follow.
